                               ORDINANCE NO. 10662
                
                
                 AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                 SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS 1, 2
                 AND 3 OF ROYAL COVE SUBDIVISION, MORE
                 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS SHOWN ON
                 THE MAP ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN
                 BY REFERENCE.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga sanitary sewer easement located 
on
       Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Royal Cove Subdivision, Plat Book 54, Page 
146,
       Register of Deed's Office, as shown more particularly on the map
       attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
